  • Single consolidated PDF — all originals merged in order, named MBBS_Admission_2026_[YourName].pdf, max 2 MB. Use a PDF merger and compress to fit.
  • Individual scans (recommended) — separate files such as NEET_Scorecard.jpg or Community_Certificate.pdf, saved in a folder named [YourName]_MBBS_Docs, for quick lookup during verification.

Physical submission on the day: 6 self-attested photocopy sets + 1 original set, 12 passport photos, 3 family postcard photos, and the pen drive.
