We are running a 20 bedded ECRC with the objective of rescue persons with mental illness and Rehabilitate them and after successful intervention they would be reunited with their family members.

In view of extending the health care services for Transgender individuals,We are conducting regular Multi-speciality clinics on every Wednesday in Old GH campus, Krishnagiri.This act as a First Referral Unit for individual with gender incongruences and Providing services without any discrimination.
With the objective of promoting mental well-being among students, our college regularly organizes activities such as Movie Club sessions, Gardening initiatives, and Fitness Club programmes. These activities aim to reduce stress, enhance emotional resilience, encourage healthy lifestyle practices, and create a supportive and positive campus environment that contributes to the overall mental health of students.
With the objective of improving mental health awareness among health-care workers and the general public, we are periodically conducting Mananala Viyazhan (Mental Health Thursday) awareness activities every Thursday. This initiative aims to promote understanding of mental health issues, encourage early help-seeking behaviour, and reduce stigma through regular engagement and education.
With the objective of improving mental health among postpartum mothers, periodic postnatal counselling sessions are conducted as part of routine supportive care. These sessions aim to promote psychological well-being, facilitate early identification of emotional difficulties, enhance coping skills, and provide guidance to mothers during the postnatal period.
