School & Transfer Certificates
Transfer Certificate (TC), Proof of Study Certificate, and Bonafide Certificate where applicable.
Community & Nativity
Valid Community Certificate and Nativity / Domicile Certificate with required government seals.
Special Category
PwBD, Eminent Sports Person, Ex-Servicemen, or other special category certificates if applicable.
Photographs
12 Passport-size and 3 family postcard-size photographs conforming to official admission specifications.
Submission Requirements
Self-attested photocopies of all required certificates arranged in sequence as listed in the checklist.
All original certificates and credentials must be submitted for physical verification during counseling.
